The goal of Sunset Beach Properties LLC is to find distressed properties in good locations and repair and beautify the properties.  We will use local talent and pass that savings on to the families in the form of lower prices.

Four ways to accomplish this:
1.  Look at foreclosures and or run down properties
2.  Pay cash (for the properties) no finance charges
3. Repair and beautify quickly, freeing up $$for the next project
4.  Selling at or below market prices, helping families find the right financing vehicle.

By doing this, we will make less money per home, but should sell more homes, contributing to our company's success.  Also, in the process help deserving families find a nice place to live , clean up and beautify Campbellsville one home at a time!
